i had a large pimple on the side of jaw this weekend and i kept refering to it as "my goiter" which is disgusting and therefore hilarious. It reminded me of my favorite costume ever, when Bryan D. took a bite out of an apple and tied it to his neck with string. He said he was going as an Apple computer, but that apple looked like a huge goiter.
